Doff McElhinney, MD

Dr. McElhinney is the director of the Pulmonary Artery Reconstruction Program. He is board certified in Pediatric Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease.

Elisabeth Martin, MD

Dr. Martin is the surgical director of the Pulmonary Artery Reconstruction Program and she is board certified in Cardiovascular Surgery.

Frank Hanley, MD

Dr. Hanley is the executive director of the Betty Irene Moore Children's Heart Center and he is the Lawrence Crowley, MD, Endowed Professor in Child Health. Dr. Hanley is board certified in Thoracic Surgery.

Michael Ma, MD

Dr. Ma is the division chief of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. He is board certified in Thoracic Surgery.

Dr. Asija is the associate medical director of the Pulmonary Artery Reconstruction Program. She is board certified in Pediatric Cardiology.

Arvind Bishnoi, MD

Dr. Bishnoi is a pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon who specializes in pulmonary artery reconstruction, pediatric heart transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation, and advanced cardiac therapies. He completed his education at Kasturba Medical College in India, his residency at Saurashtra University in India, and his fellowships at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in India and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
