Information for Referring Health Care Provide

Referring health care providers can refer a patient to the Children’s Hearing Center by calling:

24 hours a day, 7 days a week

We will ask you to send your patient’s:

  • Relevant test results, such as hearing tests, ABRs and blood work
  • A CD with the images from any CT or MRI scans of the temporal bone that might have been ordered
