Along with our onsite multispecialty practice, our board-certified pediatricians can provide a continuum of care for your child, if necessary, and our convenient location allows for easy access from communities along Highway 4. CHADIS Login
CHADIS is an online system that delivers developmental and health questionnaires directly to parents and families before their visit at our office. After you complete the questionnaire, CHADIS results come directly to your doctor. The results of the CHADIS questionnaires will help us address any concerns about your child’s health and development.

Getting Here
From U.S. Highway 580 East
Follow I-580 East to West Grant Line Road. Take the Grant Line Road exit from I-580 East. Take Mountain House Road and Highway J4/Byron Highway to Vasco Road in Contra Costa County. Continue on Vasco Road to Brentwood. Continue on Balfour Road. Drive to Cortona Way. Turn left onto Balfour Road. Take the first right onto Cortona Way. 100 Cortona Way will be on your right.
From U.S. Highway 580 West
Take the Vasco Road North exit. Turn right onto North Vasco Road. Continue onto CA-4. Turn left onto Balfour Road. Take the first right onto Cortona Way. 100 Cortona Way will be on your right.
From CA-4 East
Merge onto CA-4. Turn right onto Balfour Road. Take the first right onto Cortona Way. 100 Cortona Way will be on your right.
From CA-4 West
Turn left onto CA-4. Turn right to stay on CA-4. Turn left onto Balfour Road. Take the first right onto Cortona Way. 100 Cortona Way will be on your right.
