Dr. Huang received his Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore and completed his residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Pediatric Residency, Los Angeles. He enjoys supporting youth in sports and addressing obesity and nutrition.
In his spare time, Dr. Huang likes to spend time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys playing sports, especially volleyball.
Wesley Taft, MD, discovered his passion for medicine as a child. A Bay Area native, Dr. Taft moved to Peoria, Illinois, where he earned his medical degree and master’s in public health from the University of Illinois. He completed his residency at Lackland AFB Pediatric Residency Program, San Antonio, TX. During his time in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Taft also received training in immunology.
He appreciates being back in his home state, where he can experience the diversity and natural beauty of the Bay Area.
Dr. Vallis comes from a long line of physicians who inspired him to go into medicine. After growing up in Southern California, he graduated from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta University, in Augusta, Georgia, before moving to the Bay Area for his residency at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland. Outside of work, he enjoys the exciting and vibrant lifestyle of the East Bay. He also spends time in the mountains hiking and skiing with his wife and their dog.
