1. Email the following application materials in one single PDF document to fellowships@stanfordchildrens.org by September 3, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PST.
   
   1. Cover Letter
   2. Resume/CV
   3. One page personal Statement discussing your interest in a pediatric-focused administrative fellowship program, knowledge of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Children's Health, and career goals as a health care leader
   4. Official Graduate School Transcript
   5. Unofficial Undergraduate Transcript
   6. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (one academic reference, one professional reference, and one of your choice).
