9-year-old Female with Right Grade 2 Microtia and a Small or Stenotic Ear Canal

Microtia reconstruction surgery

The microtia reconstruction surgery was performed in two stages by Mai Thy Truong, MD and Kay Chang, MD. 5 months after the microtia repair, patient underwent canal reconstruction of her right ear canal stenosis and gained 45 decibels of improved hearing.
