Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Children's Health Pediatrics in Mountain View is a community clinic dedicated to providing the highest level of pediatric care to families. We are board certified pediatricians with years of experience caring for infants, children, teenagers, and young adults. Our mission is to provide the best care with a focus on personal attention. Our entire care team knows each family personally, and we strive to create a relaxed, child-friendly environment.
CHADIS Login
CHADIS is an online system that delivers developmental and health questionnaires directly to parents and families before their visit at our office. After you complete the questionnaire, CHADIS results come directly to your doctor. The results of the CHADIS questionnaires will help us address any concerns about your child’s health and development.

Getting Here
From US Highway 101 South
Use the right two lanes to take exit 398B for CA-85 S toward Santa Cruz/Cupertino. Continue onto CA-85 S. Take exit 22A toward El Camino Real/Mountain View/CA 82-N. Merge onto CA-237 West. Continue onto Grant Road. 2204 Grant Road will be on your right.
From US Highway 101 North
Take exit 396C to merge onto CA-237 W toward Mountain View Alviso Road. Continue onto Grant Road. 2204 Grant Road will be on your right.
From I-280 South
Take exit 16 for El Monte Road toward Moody Road. Keep left at the fork; follow signs for El Monte Road East. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for El Monte Road and merge onto El Monte Road. Turn right onto Cuesta Drive. Turn right onto Grant Road. 2204 Grant Road will be on your right.
From I-280 North
Use the right two lanes to take the CA-85 N exit toward Mountain View. Merge onto CA-85 N. Take exit 22B to merge onto CA-82 N/El Camino Real toward Mountain View. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto Grant Road. 2204 Grant Road will be on your right.
