Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Children's Health — PediatricsÌýis dedicated to providing the best in pediatric care to families in the Los Gatos community. We are board-certified pediatricians with years of experience caring for infants, children, teenagers, and young adults. We provide high-quality medical care in a friendly office setting, and are here to help guide you with your children's health care needs. We are accepting new patients from birth to age 18, and care for established patients up to age 21.
CHADIS Login
CHADIS is an online system that delivers developmental and health questionnaires directly to parents and families before their visit at our office. After you complete the questionnaire, CHADIS results come directly to your doctor. The results of the CHADIS questionnaires will help us address any concerns about your child’s health and development.
