Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Children’s Health — Pediatrics in Livermore offers a full spectrum of pediatric services for children from birth through their teen years. Located in the heart of Livermore, our stand-alone clinic is close to our other Livermore pediatric location and urgent care services. Our board-certified pediatricians address all of your child’s health care needs and can offer convenient referrals to our multispecialty clinic within the same building. We welcome new patients and look forward to meeting your family.

CHADIS Login
CHADIS is an online system that delivers developmental and health questionnaires directly to parents and families before their visit at our office. After you complete the questionnaire, CHADIS results come directly to your doctor. The results of the CHADIS questionnaires will help us address any concerns about your child’s health and development.

From I-580 East
Take the exit toward CA-84 West/Isabel Avenue. Turn right onto CA-84 West/Isabel Avenue. Continue to follow CA-84 West. Turn left onto East Jack London Boulevard. Turn right onto Murrieta Boulevard. 1134 Murrieta Boulevard will be on your left.
From I-580 West
Take the Springtown Boulevard/1st Street exit. Keep left at the fork, and follow signs for 1st Street/Downtown. Turn right onto First Street. Keep left to stay on First Street. Continue onto Holmes Street. Turn right onto Murrieta Boulevard. 1134 Murrieta Boulevard will be on your right.
From I-680 North
Take exit toward Pleasanton. Merge onto Sunol Boulevard. Continue onto First Street. Continue onto Stanley Boulevard. Turn right onto Murrieta Boulevard. 1134 Murrieta Boulevard will be on your left.
