My Approach

After I cared for a baby during my training in medical school, I immediately knew what I wanted to do with my life. Pediatrics is my calling, and I feel blessed to have a profession where I care for children and their families.

Being a mother, I can relate to my families as a parent. I understand and appreciate all the hard work parents do to help their child live a better life. I spend a lot of time listening to parents, and I want them to know that we are a team. It鈥檚 important to me that parents are confident and comfortable with the care plan we design together.

I always wanted to do something with my life where I could be of service to others. When a child or parent says that I鈥檝e helped them, nothing makes me happier. It鈥檚 easy to work really hard when you know you鈥檙e making a difference in the life of a child.
