My Approach

Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology is a wonderful subspecialty that focuses on patient- and family-centered care for complex medical and surgical conditions. I am passionate about partnering with young people from birth through adulthood to address a diverse span of gynecological issues, from rare diseases to common reproductive health concerns. Helping patients establish a healthy foundation in gynecology as children and adolescents is critical to set them up for success in their adult lives.

In my practice, I prioritize creating a safe environment for patients to discuss their feelings and questions. Adolescents are navigating the complexities of an evolving identity, and it is a privilege to be part of their journey to becoming healthy and happy adults. My visits include age- and developmentally appropriate education on a comprehensive range of gynecological health topics. My goal is to also form a team with patients鈥 families and support systems, ensuring that everyone鈥檚 voice is heard and included in the discussion.

While I am eager to share my expertise, I am committed to learning alongside my patients, building partnerships to address medical issues at a pace that suits them best. I also enjoy collaborating with our excellent multidisciplinary teams to focus on individual patients who require specialized attention and care.
