My Approach

The patients I see have severe diseases and are looking for new treatments. They look to me for hope that I will provide those new treatments; I look to give them that hope.

Research and care are linked. It's always been my philosophy that there are many ways to take care of patients. Finding new answers is one of them.

I remember treating a child with a congenital defect; the family was resistant to surgery, so we worked through nutrition and medications, and eventually got her on her feet. She's since graduated from college and is doing well. It's important to me to work hard to tailor care to a patients unique circumstances.
