My Approach

My approach to providing care is a collaborative one. I believe in making decisions together, and I always make sure that parents鈥 concerns are part of the equation. I don鈥檛 tell parents what to do; instead we work together and have a conversation in order to make the best decisions for their child鈥檚 health. I want parents to know that I will always listen to them and hear what they have to say.

I enjoy working with children because a lot of their problems are fixable鈥攖hey tend to get better, and they鈥檙e resilient. What I love most about my job is talking to children and hearing what they have to say about things. They鈥檙e so much fun to be around, and they have a great view on life. It鈥檚 a privilege to be able to help them on their journey.
