Notice of West building lobby closure at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford

PALO ALTO, Calif.—Âé¶¹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Children’s Health has named Euna Koo, MD, as its new Service Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology. Dr. Koo is a pediatric ophthalmologist and strabismus specialist who cares for children with a wide range of eye conditions, including eye alignment disorders, vision development concerns, and complex pediatric eye disease.
In her new role, Dr. Koo will help lead the pediatric eye care program at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, the center hospital for Âé¶¹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Children’s Health, and guide clinical teams in the diagnosis and treatment of vision and eye conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. She will oversee the quality, coordination, and growth of pediatric ophthalmology services; support collaboration with other pediatric specialties; and help ensure that children and families receive timely, compassionate, and highly specialized care.
Dr. Koo earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her ophthalmology residency at UC San Francisco and her fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital. She remains dedicated to mentoring future physicians and advancing family-centered eye care for children.
