Overview

Opened in 1991, the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford is the heart and soul of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Children's Health. Nationally ranked and internationally recognized, our 361-bed hospital is devoted entirely to pediatrics and obstetrics. In December 2017 we doubled the size of our hospital and opened the doors to the most technologically advanced, family-friendly and environmentally sustainable children’s hospitals in the nation. Our six centers of excellence provide comprehensive services and deep expertise in key obstetric and pediatric areas: brain & behavior, cancer, heart, pregnancy & newborn, pulmonary and transplant. We also provide an additional, wide range of services for babies, kids and pregnant moms.

Main and West building garage

During this time, all patients and visitors must use the Main building entrance instead of the West lobby. Our Welcome Desk staff will be at the Main entrance to help you find your way.

Indoor Maps & Directions

Evoking the imagery of the Northern California ecosystem, each floor at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford has a different theme and animal ambassadors that give you the feeling that you're part of nature as you move through the hospital. A coordinated array of animals and colors helps identify the hospital's department names and room numbers.Ìý

Our large iconic sculptures at the connections include:

  • The train.
  • The momma bear and her baby.
  • The toy cow and dinosaur.

It's a delightful way to enjoy the journey.
